Lot Details
Rare mid-century Whitefriars Glass solid cubed ashtray. As shown on page 19 of the 1950’s Whitefriars catalogue. Shape number 9017. Finished in a deep orange tone with large ground polished pontil mark beneath. Resembling a huge boiled sweet. Very heavy. Measuring 115mm square by 55mm high. Minor shelf wear beneath.
