Superb early Poole Pottery Delphis Charger. Carrying the very first “TV” backstamp as used by the craft section headed up by Tony Morris circa 1962. Strong raised geometric design in fiery reds, Charcoal and Yellow. I have include the final image showing examples of Morris’s work displayed at the Poole pottery Virtual museum… Link below https://www.pooleimages.co.uk/ (Click on studio plates for reference) This example is almost certainly the work of Tony Morris. 8 inch example.
