Mid-Century pottery ashtray from the Dutch studio of “Jan Van Erp”. Featuring a striking psychedelic design to the interior in vivid shades of purple, orange, yellow, green and charcoal. Thick walled rim with the exterior finished in a heavily textured brutalist fashion. 153mm in diameter by 45mm high. 600gms. Excellent vintage order with minimal glaze crazing to the high gloss interior. 1960’s. Jan van Erp founded a pottery in 1954 in Waalre, the Netherlands.
